Change of Plans
Due to a request from my FAN, I've decided to keep this blog going. There is too much to do between now and November 2nd in an attempt to restore sight to those who are blindly following the current administration. If we don't exchange information and facts here, then I'm going to feel like I did absolutely nothing if things remain unchanged.
So, I'm accepting guest bloggers. If you have something to share, please contact me as mizging at gmail dot com and reserve your spot.
Remember, Silence suggests acquiescence. If you do or say nothing, then you accept what is. I don't, and I think that's been pretty evident. Join me in inviting voters to help "clean" house in November. It's our only hope.Let's join together and sweep out those who blatantly disregard the will of the people in favor of padding their own pockets. Nancy Pelosi doesn't need another facelift or botox injection and Harry Reid is rich enough at our expense.
Here's how happy the voters in Harry's home state are:
Here's the turnout:

I'm Not Closing Up Shop Just Yet
Okay...I can't go. There's just too much to talk about, and obviously we have to share amongst ourselves because Congress isn't interested hearing what the majority has to say. As long as they maintain the majority vote, I think that's all that matters. Our voices don't resonate with $$$.
I came across this picture today in my email. Some may defend the Pres by saying it was just a natural pose and has no meaning, but personally....I feel like he's sending a message to those he just screwed over, and believes he's put one over on those who don't believe in his socialistic viewpoint.

Can't Stop Myself
One last post before I go. I received this via email, but found it on youtube. Don't know who created it, but Bravo!!! This is so well orchestrated, it gave me shivers.

Adios
I would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who have shared my viewpoints, laughed at my jokes and respected my right to post them. However, the added stress of following the current administration is more than I can handle at this time. So, I next week, I will be deleting this blog and devoting more time to my writing and my blog which deals with that. I consider the topics here to be of more importance, but here I have seven followers, so the impact I've made is akin to a gnat on an elephant's behind...which by the way, mine is beginning to resemble from spending too much time in this chair. I have new goals, and they include staying off my computer during the day and finding new activities that increase my movement and hopefully improve my health.
Again, thank you for being a follower, a friend, and not judging me.
Hugz,
Ginger

The 28th Amendment
Make sure you read the 28th Amendment at the end of this email
Finally some one asked "him" the question on ABC-TV, Monday, October 12, 2009 during the Network special on health care. President Obama was asked:
"Mr. President, will you and your family give up your current health care program and join the new "universal health care program" that the rest of us will be on?"
There was stony silence as Obama ignored the question and failed to answer. A number of senators were asked the same question, and their response was, "We will think about it." And they did. It was later announced that the "Kennedy Health Care Bill" was written into the new health care reform initiative, insuring that congress will be 100% exempt.
If this is true, which I believe it is, then the new health care plan is good enough for you and me, but not the Prez or Congress. What's wrong with this picture? The old saying, "what's good for the goose is good for the gander," comes to mind. Here again, the constitution is being disregarded and that's very wrong. Still, I don't know what we can do to change things except when we get a chance to vote....clean house and start all over.
Amendment 28
Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives, and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.

Sort of Makes Sense....
When you hear the saying, "the sharks are circling the boat." When I think of lawyers, all I can picture are those scumbags on TV that encourage people to sue over everything...you know, the ambulance chasing type? I still laugh at the one that starts out with, "If YOU or a loved one DIED, suffered a stroke... If you died, chances are you aren't watching the ad. :) But on with my post, provided by a friend.
The Democratic Party has become the Lawyer's Party By Bruce Walker
Note: I don't know Bruce Walker, but he seems to have a grasp on things.
Barack Obama is a lawyer.
Michelle Obama is a lawyer.
Hillary Clinton is a lawyer.
Bill Clinton is a lawyer.
John Edwards is a lawyer.
Elizabeth Edwards is a lawyer.
Every Democrat nominee since 1984 went to law school (although Gore did not graduate).
Every Democrat vice presidential nominee since 1976, except for Lloyd Bentsen, went to law school.
Look at leaders of the Democrat Party in Congress:
Harry Reid is a lawyer.
Nancy Pelosi is a lawyer.
The Republican Party is different.
Ex-President Bush = businessman.
Ex Vice President Cheney = businessman.
The leaders of the Republican Revolution:
Newt Gingrich was a history professor.
Tom Delay was an exterminator. Dick Armey was an economist.
House Minority Leader Boehner was a plastic manufacturer.
The former Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist is a heart surgeon.
Who was the last Republican president who was a lawyer? Gerald Ford, who left office 31 years ago and who barely won the Republican nomination as a sitting president, running against Ronald Reagan in 1976.
The Republican Party is made up of real people doing real work, who are often the targets of lawyers.
Today, we are drowning in laws; we are contorted by judicial decisions; we are driven to distraction by omnipresent lawyers in all parts of our once private lives. America has a place for laws and lawyers, but that place is modest and reasonable, not vast and unchecked. When the most important decision for our next president is whom he will appoint to the Supreme Court, the role of lawyers and the law in America is too big. When lawyers use criminal prosecution as a continuation of politics by other means, as happened in the lynching of Scooter Libby and Tom Delay, then the power of lawyers in America is too great. When House Democrats sue America in order to hamstring our efforts to learn what our enemies are planning to do to us, then the role of litigation in America has become crushing.
The United States has 5% of the world's population and 66% of the world's lawyers! Tort (Legal) reform legislation has been introduced in congress several times in the last several years to limit punitive damages in ridiculous lawsuits such as spilling hot coffee on yourself and suing the establishment that sold it to you and also to limit punitive damages in huge medical malpractice lawsuits. This legislation has continually been blocked from even being voted on by the Democratic Party. When you see that 97% of the political contributions from the American Trial Lawyers Association goes to the Democratic Party, then you realize who is responsible for our medical and product costs being so high!

Maxine has the right idea!
I bought a bird feeder. I hung
It on my back porch and filled
It with seed. What a beauty of
A bird feeder it was, as I filled it
lovingly with seed. Within a
Week we had hundreds of birds
Taking advantage of the
Continuous flow of free and
Easily accessible food.
But then the birds started
Building nests in the boards
Of the patio, above the table,
And next to the barbecue.
Then came the poop. It was
Everywhere: on the patio tile,
The chairs, the table ..
Everywhere!
Then some of the birds
Turned mean. They would
Dive bomb me and try to
Peck me even though I had
Fed them out of my own
Pocket.
And others birds were
Boisterous and loud. They
Sat on the feeder and
Squawked and screamed at
All hours of the day and night
And demanded that I fill it
When it got low on food.
After a while, I couldn't even
Sit on my own back porch
Anymore. So I took down the
Bird feeder and in three days
The birds were gone. I cleaned
Up their mess and took down
The many nests they had built
All over the patio.
Soon, the back yard was like
It used to be .... Quiet, serene....
And no one demanding their
Rights to a free meal.
Now let's see.
Our government gives out
Free food, subsidized housing,
Free medical care and free
Education, and allows anyone
Born here to be an automatic
Citizen.
Then the illegals came by the
Tens of thousands. Suddenly
Our taxes went up to pay for
Free services; small apartments
Are housing 5 families; you
Have to wait 6 hours to be seen
By an emergency room doctor;
Your child's second grade class is
Behind other schools because
Over half the class doesn't speak
English.
Corn Flakes now come in a
Bilingual box; I have to
'press one ' to hear my bank
Talk to me in English, and
People waving flags other
Than 'Old Glory' are
Squawking and screaming
In the streets, demanding
More rights and free liberties.
Just my opinion, but maybe
it's time for the government
To take down the bird feeder.
If you agree, pass it on; if not,
Just continue cleaning up the poop

Freedom of Speech
Sign in an INDIANA store front window...
"WE WOULD RATHER DO BUSINESS WITH 1000
AL QAEDA TERRORISTS
THAN WITH ONE SINGLE AMERICAN SOLDIER!"
This sign was prominently displayed in the window of a business in Whiting, Indiana. You are probably outraged at the thought of such an inflammatory statement..
However, we are a society which holds freedom of Speech as perhaps our greatest liberty.
And after all, it is just a sign.
You may ask what kind of business would dare post such a sign.
Answer:
"Owen's Funeral Home"
You gotta love it!!!
God Bless America
